Colorful handcrafted two- and three-panel batik doorway hanging, loosely fashioned after the Japanese noren, the popular split curtains you see in that country hanging in just about every entrance, at once inviting as well as shielding the other side from view, affording privacy while making a bold design statement. Our contemporary tropical designs have been improved by adding an extra top piece (valance) for beauty and grace. Each doorway hanging is hand painted using the batik technique and is made of high-quality Rayon fabric, a natural product. These elegant and colorful doorway dividers fit most standard doorways, and function equally well for closet spaces or to separate rooms. Each 2-panel doorway curtain is approximately 35" X 73"
Our hand-painted batik extra wide 3-panel variety fit the standard western sliding glass patio door, but you will find other perfect fits, no doubt. How about as window or wall treatment? Bingo!
All 3-Panel Doorways are made of 100% Rayon fabric, a natural product. They come in 2 sizes. One that fits a standard 6 foot sliding glass door and one that fits the standard 8 foot patio door.
